The sr. high ministry strives to incorporate various caring adults into different aspects of its ministry. The adults that give so much to this ministry, through their volunteer time, care deeply for the youth and their faith development. They are eager to build new relationships and strengthen current ones. The adults are available for chatting over coffee, attending sporting events, theatre productions, etc. and overall supporting youth, just don’t forget to invite them.

April Hilpert-Whitney (or Ape), Birthday: April 15
Job: Office Manager at Arrow Striping but just until the end of the year and then I will go back out to Capital City Auto Recyclers. Both are businesses owned by family members.
Life outside of church: Married to Spencer, kids Nolan, 9 and Drew, 6
Free time activities: Spending time with my family, working in my yard
Favorite scripture: 1 Corinthians 13:15
Favorite youth group/church memory: Growing up my youth group would go Christmas caroling at the local nursing homes and homes of the elder members of the church. They enjoyed having us sing plus we got to eat lots of home made Christmas goodies.
One goal you have for the year: To take a family vacation. Its been several years since we got to go on vacation together.
Favorite Sunday afternoon activity: Doing anything as a family especially taking a nap
One thing not many people know about you: I only read non-fiction books. If it didn’t happen I don’t want to read it. My favorite books are history books especially World War II. I kind of have an obsession with WWII.
Dan Wittnebel (or DW, Witt), Birthday: Sept. 21
Job: Project Manager for a local construction company
Life outside of church: Active in sports, camping, walking/running my dog, working on my house/yard.
Favorite youth group memory: Mission Trips
One goal for this year: Remodel my bathroom
Favorite Sunday afternoon activity: Going to the dog park and Everything 20's group.
One things folks may not know about you: I am perfectly content sitting in the woods with no technology for miles.
